Too each his own beer, right? Personally, I like IPA when it's hot, porter when it's cold, and stout the rest of the year. There's a lot of good beer out there, however, and I'll try most of it at least once.

I'm lucky that my business partner is also a brewer and he makes some crazy good beer. Last year for a St Pat's party we bartended together at a fundraiser (sorry, no pics seem to exist of this event) and were serving his Ginger Ale (made with real ginger) and Chocolate Porter. All credit to him in this instance, as much as I'm working on the marijuana laws in NH, he has been changing the brewing laws. Since he pushed those first reforms through, NH has added more breweries (mostly nanobreweries) than at any time it it's history.
