everyone has been inspired by keith and the girl some how and some of us have started our own podcasts. i have seen the different posting for different podcasts but feel we should get a KATG listing of listener created podcasts.

so please just list what your podcast is a discription and link to the webpage just that and nothing else.

i hope this will be a nice centralized way for all of to get our podcasts out to the comunity.

fallow a guy that works a 9-5 sometimes a 6-9 on his trials and tribulations to train and compete in an Ironman Distance Triathlon.

5-10 min video podcast usually weekly of going over the past weeks workouts and general mood during training, also cover basics in equipment, training techniques, and nutrition

I finally took the plunge, scattered all my how-to books and just did my first episode. It's a podcast where my wife and I talk about various topics and in between the jibber-jabber we play some podcast-free music. Feel free to check it out at my site.

If you have any critiques feel free to tell me as my show is a definite work in progress atm.
