Seriously bro? You aren't being disciplined. Join a gym and buy some personal training sessions and speak with a nutritionist if you honestly don't know how to eat properly but these meager losses (and even worse GAINS) for a man just aren't acceptable if you are really going for this. This way YOUR idea man and to be honest you are doing a horrendous job at taking ownership. If you are seriously overweight you should be losing something close to 4 pounds a week in your early stages as a man. Step up or end this, your only embarrassing yourself at this point.

Have you guys heard of Fitbit?
One of my friends has it. It's a pedometer that has USB capability so you just jack in and it spits out a graph for you. They start around $30 but if you want to go all out they make ones that monitor your sleep cycles. If one were so inclined. |

Jack it on in, and spit it on out! Yeehaw!
Sleep cycles as in it monitors when and how long your REM lasts? I could give a shit about a pedometer, no matter how much it can cum, but REM monitoring at the consumer level seems pretty miraculous. Maybe I'm just not tech savvy, and this type of thing has been around forever. |

I guess it just means duration? I don't know. My friend bought the cheapie one and I just base my results off how I feel. |

I have plantar fasciitis on my left heel grinding my 10,000 steps a day to a complete halt. WTF, anyway, I just went out and got a killer pair of Asics running shoes , heavy duty anti inflammatories and have taken up cycling to rest this bastard. So FX in a few weeks I'll be back up to my 8k a day but my goal is to run 5 k in those 8k at least 3x a week.
The diet's been tough over the summer. The cold beer and hot BBQ call my name all fucking day. So I decided that it's summer and i'll just relax a bit. So I can have a beer or a glass of wine a day and 2-3 o the weekends. If that means I hover or stall the weight loss process for a few weeks, so be it. I am a few pounds away from my 10% weight loss so if I can make that by August i'll be happy. WSEIII, have you considered Weight Watchers on line. It's significantly cheaper to follow the diet that way. I have been absolutely amazed at how successful men are on Weight Watchers. Larion is right, these guys are losing 4-6 pounds in a week . It's a point system, each point is about 50 calories. Men are given an extra 15 points a day just for being male. To put that into perspective, the average female is given 26 points a day! So a 220 pound guy would get like 42 points a day...more then enough to have a beer, eat 3 meals with snacks. Anyway, it is a really great diet. Exercise wise, I lost 8 pounds the first month I did 10,000 steps a day. BUT, I ONLY count my work out steps. It's easy, cheap, anyone can do it. |

-23kgs since new year trick is no sugar no carbs just protein and veg + fruit, no exercise to do this, and lastly portion control, p.s. have fun with the sugar cravings on days 2-5 they go away after that.
