I cook the chicken until the breast is 170 at least. you can eat pink pork, you can't eat pink chicken....unless it's tandori then YUMMMMMM
I'm on a kick of diced chicken, so the pieces are too small to stick a thermometer. It probably gets overcooked, but then I eat it with greek yogurt, so it's all good.

I even rinse the taps after I touch them with raw meat hands. I have a cutting board exclusive for raw and cooked meats (one side for raw, other side for cooked)
I actually do the same, but mostly because I don't like greasy utensils. And my sink faucet has the lever, so I just use my wrist/forearm to push it up.

Chicken at 170? The bird is already dead, I assure you. Don't kill it again.

Gonna post this where the women don't read

Have you looked into McDonald's PSMF? (The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook by Lyle McDonald | BodyRecomposition - The Home of Lyle McDonald)

Sounds like it's basically eating 1.2-1.5g protein per lb lean bodymass, along with vegetables and basic vitamins and fish oil. Basically no carbs or fat. The diet is around 900 calories, which would be like 4lbs weight loss per week for me.

The next two weeks are relatively quiet for me and competition-free. I can do the crazy diet while focusing on technique work. Just worried about any weird side-effects.

Spent the day reading RFL and it seems perfect. He recommends 11-12 days on the diet (I'll make it an even 2 weeks since I'm on the upper end of low-bf probably at 15-16%). It's especially good now because I just spent a ton of money on exam materials and this will let me cut like $100+ off the food budget.

Plan:
200g lean protein (including 1-2 cups of milk)
Tons of leafy vegetables + celery
Pickles
6 fish oil capsules
Multivitamin
Calcium/Magnesium supps
Caffeine...tons
Ephedrine if I can find it

Glucose tablet pre-workout, 12oz Gatorade during workout.

Net roughly 850-900 cals per day for a 2000+/day deficit.

Gonna lower fencing intensity, only a couple of bouts and mostly technique work. Add some dumbbell exercises (db bench, press, rows, weighted pushups, weighted pullups) at the end. Probably only do 1 lesson a week instead of 2.

This is gonna be fun.

I know of PSMF/RFL but never read into it. It never seemed appropriate for me. Also, I'm not exactly sure who PSMF is for exactly.

You look no more than 17% if you're looking for an estimate. Awesome quads and traps.

I thought Ephedrine was illegal in this country, no? Gonna do a full on EC Stack?

What's up with the glucose and gatorade during workout? Does that not defeat the purpose of PSMF?

You can find the ebook on the webs (though I'm gonna actually buy a legit copy when I get my next paycheck).

He says PSMF weight loss is primarily waterweight, so it's mainly for three types: pre-contest bodybuilders, weight class atheletes trying to make weight, obese individuals looking for fast weight loss (because they'll lose more fat % than lean individuals). He also says it's good for athletes trying to kick-start a diet and who can afford the short-term deceased performance, which I fall into. Men with 15% BF and under should only be on PSMF for 10-12 days before it's sensible to switch to a more reasonable diet, so I'm giving myself 2 weeks.

It's perfect for me because the next 2 weeks are relatively commitment-free, and I don't need to be in top-shape for anything. I can suffer a bit to take the fast fat loss and try this out. I have an exam in a month, so I don't want a month+ diet where I'll be miserable right around exam time. And I know I'll have 0 compliance while cramming.

I'll do this for 2 weeks, probably maintenance for the next 2 while focusing on studying, then either do another 2 weeks of this or (if it's too miserable) just do Leangains on 20% deficit. Predicted loss is around 10lbs, 4lbs being fat and the rest water weight that will come back.

Then I should be no more than 15% after, woot.

You can buy it as Bronkaid, it's available behind-the-counter at a pharmacy (got mine at Walgreens). They ask for ID and you have to sign a thing saying you won't cook meth.

That's part of Lyle's modified PSMF. Pre-workout glucose to get normal blood sugar levels, and have 15-30g carbs during workout. The ability to maintain exercise intensity will help preserve LBM, and 35g of carbs is only 140 extra calories. Probably not needed for pure weightlifting, but helps when endurance is a factor. For me, over the next 2 weeks that's only 420 extra calories, worthy tradeoff imo.

EC Stacking is awesome. No hunger, and I feel like I have tons of energy. I hope terrorists take over our building right now because I feel like I can McClane them all. It also feels like I'm more focused, although I've been completely blowing off work and got literally 0 work done, so I won't know until I fence and study tonight.

Only downside is I got super sweaty walking to work this morning, and I had to piss tons (took an equivalent of 8 cups of coffee). But with the fan blowing on me it feels good. Heart rate stayed in low 50s, so looks like all systems go.
