Only downside is I got super sweaty walking to work this morning, and I had to piss tons (took an equivalent of 8 cups of coffee). But with the fan blowing on me it feels good. Heart rate stayed in low 50s, so looks like all systems go.

Sounds very much like my experience with OxyElite Pro (1,3 DMA). Make sure you drink a lot of water or you can die.

Your resting heart rate on the stack was in the 50s?

Yeah. It's normally in the 40s. After I wake up, my heart rate is normally 38-39. It's not from a health issue though because I never wake up light headed or anything.

Apparently lifting = sick heart health.

I'll buy that. Cardio benefits of lifting are highly underrated.

I had such a great workout in group training last night. Alternating sets of kettle bell squats, kettle bell lifts, jump rope, running & duck-walking the cones. I'm the most out of shape person in my group, and sometimes that makes me feel really self-conscious when I'm the last one, I'm lagging behind... but when I hear someone cheer me on when they see me powering through kettle bell lifts like a champ, it makes me feel less crappy. No one is there to talk shit about me, or anyone, we're all just bitches working out together.

Feel like I'm starting to get a cold, but don't want that to be an excuse of why I'm not going to the gym, so I think I'll just go and skip the laps in the pool today... Anything could be an excuse for me to NOT work out, so I'm not going to let little things like having a cold derail me yet again.

Good results.

I have a 111 mile timed & categorized sportive in 5 weeks, but I'm sidelined off the bike with a screwy back for maybe a week. Been doing nothing but protein/leafys/caffeine/supplements for 3 days while I can't train. I'll continue until I can get back on the bike and have to put carbs/fat back in. Thanks for the motivation.
