same here. i have no clue what goes on the pizza, but it tastes good. she uses dough and stretches it out with no flour. according to her, flour makes pizza taste bad. ive worked at a couple of pizza places at my time, and i have no fucking idea how:

1. she accomplishes stretching out the dough without ripping it
2. and how it stays in that shape without the flour

black magic, but aces indeed.
