Strange coincidence, Cadbury's in England have this week done a huge product recall after they realised that a wrongly connected waste pipe was potentially putting salmonella into their chocolate (OK, candy) bars.

I especially liked the response from the public relations robot working for Mars regarding the mouse crap incident:

The prize tokens are small round or oblong black objects that are only available in Snickers bars manufactured in the greater Chicago area.
