Hey all. I did not forget. I managed to take some pictures of myself last night. One front shot and one side shot, gut clearly visible. I know Chemda mentioned suck in and suck out, but for me, there was hardly a difference. All that's left is to Photoshop it and cut the size down. I'll be posting tonight.

I've recently quit smoking (jan.) and have put on about 20lbs so im now a 6ft fat bastard I started back up in the gym (fucked back in car accident 2 years ago and sliced tendons in my hand) after a LONG while so its goin slow but I hope to be 200-210 lean by mid summer.

Tips from you guys and ill share mine will be apreciated..

Gotta keep up you calories starving yourself will not work thats 5 meals a day and an average caloric intake (guy my size of like 2500cal.). Eat evey 2-3 hours keeping metabolism up. Protien eat about .7g per lb of lean body mass (if your being active) eat a 50 30 20 split thats protien 50 30 carbs and 20 fat YES YOU HAVE TO EAT FATS no not saturated garbage but the good stuff make sure you get your essentials fats in . Anyways let me know what you guys are doin to trim done also your right the eliptical may be better then a fatmans stationary bike but it is still not nearly as good as a treadmill or actual running ( I have ha foot surgery so i use an eliptical ass well but only for that reason) it goes like this in the gym fat guys are on bikes gus with guts are on the elipticas and the fit fuckers are running....

People with bad knees, feet and ankles can't always take the pounding running provides and not everyone has access to a pool to do some pool running.

The proof I need: an actual picture consisting of pixels of varying colours arranged in such a way that a picture is formed.

Where are the pics?
