Melrose Place 2.0

Rhian, Patrice and I can't be the only ones watching. Who else is watching Melrose Place 2.0? Thoughts?

Personally, I love it. I was a big fan of the original series when I was too damn young to have any business watching it. I like how this series started off with the crazy right off the bat. The 3rd or 4th episodes were kinda slow but last week's was better.

Who else is watching it? What do you think?

I tried watching it and gave up on it. When all I can think is: A) how is it any of you can afford to live here, and B) why the hell don't you people just move? then it's time to turn in. I don't think anything on that show is compelling or interesting.

I'm liking it. I never watched the original so I was a bit confused by Sidney and the blonde guy's dad but it's getting good. And it'll be easy to kill Ashlee Simpson off at the end of the season

Ashlee Simpson practicing the Art of Seduction this past episode is possibly the funniest thing I've seen in all of 2009. Her bra in Michael's office and her shoes in his car were sick though.

Dr.Hooker and Blonde Sassygirl are my favorites so far. I don't like evil right off the bat Jane. The whole show my clothes or pay thing was too direct. She would have niced her way into it then turned mean when it didn't work out.

None of the male characters have proven to be of interest yet except for Gay PR boss. He has potential.

Note: I've neglected to learn any of their names besides that Ashlee plays Violet and only because she uses her entire face to say her name.

I'm still learning who is who, and deciding who I like.

I agree, the men are really quite weak so far.

Exactly not everyone needs a jr. even 90210 was smart enough to leave KElly out of the first few episodes and let newer cast expand without the old cast in the way.

Jane was such a throwaway and it was such a waste, She could have a been a great conduit in the Sydney flashblacks. Also her dress she was being scandalous over actually was ugly. Starlet wasn't wrong for not wanting to wear it.

Am I the only one hoping that Brooke whatsherface that's playing Michael's wife steps her game up and goes head to head with Violet at some point? I have to believe she's that hideous shade of brunette simply so she can go back to blonde and go all badass.

They're killing off ashlee simpson (or sending him to jail) and the guy who killed sydney.

They're fired as of episode 12. soo maybe february sweeps?
