Any movies that you'd recommend, but couldn't or wouldn't watch again because it was so disturbing, sad, whatever....(I stole this from the Filmspotting Podcast).

This was brought to mind after watching United 93. What a great movie (regardless of how accurate it is), but I was literally sweating at the end, and don't know if I could sit through it again.

The Descent -If you're claustrophobic, you might want to close your eyes for about 30 minutes once they get into the caves.

Oldboy - now that's what I call revenge.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - Another good Kilmer role? and what about Real Genius? If that movie is on I can't not watch it.

Best one ever: Mad Martigan in Willow. Ha ha. Movies with midgets.

Speaking of Warwick Davis, everyone should check out the brilliant, MattB-endorsed, TV show Extras: created by Ricky Gervais and Steven Merchant, the same guys who made the original office. Warwick Davis is in one episode and Ricky Gervais kicks him in the face.

Kilmer's good roles were in Top Gun and Heat.

As for movies which are good that you don't want to see again:
United 93 - good call, excellent film
Schindler's List - good film-making, but not too many laughs there.
Das Boot - Excellent film-making, but too long and too dull in places.
Requiem For a Dream - Already recommended here, but I'd find it too depressing for a repeat showing.

Le Fabuleux destin d'Amlie Poulain - a nice feel good film
Rushmore - feelgood / coming of age film
Spun - a more cheerful Reqium for a Dream.
Memento - artful combination of form and content
Donnie Darko - sci fi for people that hate sci-fi
The Virgin Suicides - pretty directed by Sophia Coppola
Withnail and I - cool British rite-of-passage debauchery
Rashomon - dunno why
The Aristocrats - HIlarious
Shake Hands with the Devil: The Journey of Romo Dallaire - a guy with a conscience and enough balls to try
Block Party - unpretentious
