Need help

For an assignment for a college class we have to find the centers of a Voronoi diagram. The only thing I can find online is the document listed below which just happens to be the same document given to us in class to solve.

I understand how to make the diagrams but cannot do the last excursive where we need to find the centers. The explanation given, using the supplementary angles, is unclear.
