My tangy taco salad isn't that fatty!

Brown some lean ground beef with diced onion, and garlic. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Once browned, add some diced tomatoes, ranch style beans, and 0 FAT catalina dressing to taste.
I like some jalapenos in there for some heat too.
Simmer for about 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
Crush up some tortilla chips on your plate, spoon the tangy taco salad on, and cover with lettuce and your choice of cheese.
I love it!

I usually use a pound of ground beef, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 2 cans ranch style beans, and 16 oz of catalina dressing, but I make it big at my house.

Tuna frittata. Good to keep ya full, I don't know how low in fat it is, but I'm sure if you tweaked some aspects you can make it more healthful.

Mix 1 can of tuna, olives, olive oil, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, old bay, black pepper, red onion, and 2 eggs. Heat up a skillet. Throw in some oil, and the mixture. Cook until browned on both sides and serve with rice.

Baking it would probably be healthier now that i think about it ha ha
