And the only other people who get all tizziefied over it are people like MasterMind (read 15). Amazingly enough, people haven't really abused this as much as I would have thought. And i'm sure we can be adults (ok well some of us) and figure it out without tossing such trivial issues on Mom and Dad.

I haven't read the man pages, but i'm sure RealChat dishes out permissions via IP address, hence you can't login as Keith and be an admin. Sounds like too much work for such drama.

Then again, what do I know? I've only been on BBS's and IRC since before some of you were born Oh yah, and I'm a big meanie.

I find logging in as your forum name on the chat helps people to recognise you (or ignore you in some cases). It's quite annoying when someone says "I'm Xxxxxx on the forums" - well why not here, you fucker?

So why not log in as Jenna_f?

Or which ever one of you Jennifers is the OCD girl could log in as JenniferOCD

And while I'm here, there are too many fucking 14 year olds who won't shut the fuck up and who think they know everything, but actually know NOTHING.

heh. As much as i'm not striving to hide that, I'm not going to wear a big banner saying as much. I suppose I could log in as Jenna_f, but I'd still like to be able to make that unique in that case, but whatever. When I started coming into the chat as Jennifer I really had little intention of posting in the forums with this account i had registered ages ago, which is why they're different usernames now that I did decide to use both.
