Presented for your wonderment.

I first met Robin on a job interview arranged by a mutual friend. She was a receptionist / assistant to a fashion consultant and I interviewed with her boss.

I thought I was under qualified for the position and was upfront with the interviewer. Afterwards he told Robin to take me out to dinner on the company.

She filled me in on parts of her life; how she was an orphan who wanted to be a pilot but couldn’t afford aviation school so instead she wound up at F.I.T. and was now working in the industry. She thought her boss wanted to sleep with her but he was too old for her (would she have fucked him if he was twenty years younger?) and how she was now living in midtown with some roommates. That’s about all I remember.

We swapped numbers and I was thinking the usual male crap – Robin wasn’t bad looking. She had a tight little body and was kind of quirky. I wouldn’t have dated her but I would have fucked her.

About three months go by and she calls me asking if there are any openings where I work. Lucky her, there is. After interviewing with Eve (who she mentions in the recordings), Robin calls me up and starts ranting about Eve's a lesbian, blah, blah, and how she probably won't get hired because she's not gonna sleep with her.

Whatever. The next day I forget all about her.

Two years go by and I start getting calls.
