Not really for lent, it just happens to coincide.

But I've been giving up buying sodas for a while, continuing to do so.
Not forever though, just for as long as I can until I go

I've already given up eating as my new years resolution, I gave up having money last April when we bought our house, I gave up all my spare time and sanity when we had the kid...what more do you want from me?

I wish there was a way I could give up hearing other people say, "Oh oops, I gave that up for lent and I just ate a whole box."
