Interestingly enough, although this is probably the wrong thread for this, but this morning @ the gym I had to leave the treadmill "prematurely". Seems some douchbag next to me HAD to use the rowing machine and I had swamp ass like you couldn't imagine. Out of sheer respect I had to shut down and leave, my workout relatively unfulfilled.

There's always Saturday, or something...

Well, I wouldn't blame the guy. The other day, with no perceptable change in diet, my ass died and rotted all over me. I disgusted myself.
