it used to take hours of laying in my bed to fall asleep each night.
then i started smoking weed. i always smoke right before bed and i will swear by it's effectiveness, in my body at least. maybe it doesn't/won't help you, but there has to be something that puts your mind in a state where you are capable of enough relaxation to sleep.
then again, maybe it's not the weed that helps me, but rather just the habit of smoking before bed helps my body know that sleepy time is on the way.
