I just bought a new 32" LCD, to use as my monitor, that I'm thrilled with. Here's a crappy cellphone pic of it.

Nice, I need a new monitor for my desktop, the one I have keeps popping up the menu and the buttons don't really work in any understandable way, so trying to get the menu off is always a hassle, just to have it pop up again in 10 or so minutes.

Yeah, I wasn't planning on replacing my monitor so soon but today my old monitor's screen just starting going blank. It's little LED light was still lit up so it still had power and it wasn't saying it was a signal problem. If I turned it off and back on it would work for a few seconds and then go blank again. All I have to say is thank god for Visa, haha. I ended up paying 278 before taxes for it but it is only 720p.

Campy, I noticed your bananas are quite green. How do you "ripen" them? I've tried different things suggested on the internet...putting them in a paper bag, in the sun, etc. But they usually stay green, but then start getting black spots. I can never get them to get yellow. So, if the store doesn't have yellow bananas, I just don't buy them.

I just leave them out, like on the counter...and they yellow naturally? lol

I have heard that if you keep all the bananas connected they ripen faster, and to keep them for going black too fast you should separate them from one another. But that's the opposite effect you're trying to achieve.
