The two men appeared out of nowhere, a few yards apart in the narrow, moonlit lane. For a second they stood quite still, wands pointing at each other's chests: then, recognising each other, they stowed their wands beneath their cloaks and set off, side by side, in the same direction.

-Hermione is sleeping. Harry sees a Patronus and follows it. It leads him to a thing Dumbledore has left him. He is reunited with Ron. The entire scene with the destruction of the Horcrux and display of Ron's insecurities happens. (See bottom of post for more detail)

The Tale of the Three Brothers
-"The Tale of Three Brothers" is a wizard children's story. The story involves three objects called the Deathly Hallows. Three brothers, three objects, AKA the Deathly Hallows.
-Trio goes to see Luna's dad
-He tells them a wizarding fairy story about three objects

-Harry follows lead of DH story instead of Horcrux stuff

Ron goes missing at one point. Hermione is very worried. When Ron gets back he confesses a fear to Harry that Hermione actually loves Harry. Harry says he only loves Hermione has a friend and Hermione cried herself to sleep with worry.

Apparently when Ron is in a position to destroy a Horcrux, Voldemort possesses(?) Ron and starts bombarding him with images of how the Weasleys prefer Harry, Hermione always compliments Harry, trying to turn Ron against Harry, so he won't destroy the Horcrux.

"Harry didn't see Ron's thoughts -- Voldemort's soul created images of Ron's family preferring Harry, Hermione preferring Harry. So they both saw." Because they were both linked to him now?

Ginny, Luna and Neville get caught trying to steal something from the new Headmaster (who is apparently a huge surprise) "Given the way Hogwarts is run now they're lucky they weren't imprisoned. But I digress." Harry spends a lot of time worrying about her. I'm assuming her is Ginny.

And it's Ron/Hermione. Duh.
