kim Deal was not with them last year, she quit in the spring of 2013 and I saw them last january. The replacement was good but she left the band like a month after the Montreal show. i saw them in 91 when the released trompe le monde. i waited in line for 5 hours to be in the front row. Anyway, they played a TON of old stuff last year, debaser was in the encore, all surfer rosa, where is my mind set the place on fire. I was in the mosh pit for a bit but then skiddadled upstairs and left that for the younguns. 91 was epic, concert of a life time. But 2014 was so fucking good. Even without ms deal. I hope they come back to Montreal. They sold out both shows here.

amazeballs. nice work. dude. it's front row or nothing. I can't count how many times I've had to fight to the front. you get crushed, but some shows demand you be as close as possible. Fuck it. At least for one song, I say.
