Let the episode selection menu sort itself out and you should see Season 1 Episode 1 there. When it first pops up you see season 7 and stuff, it has to figure out what season it's up to and how healthy the torrents are.

That's it's whole thing! If you set it to save the torrent file to a folder and set your torrent program to monitor that same folder, it'll do it's thing without any input from you. You can use this free time to learn a hobby like juggling or hunting children for sport.

These will mostly be for linux users, but there are versions of most (except Terminator) for win & mac.

Zimbra - Email. I use it for email, but it has a lot more.

Twhirl - Twitter client. Adobe AIR app so it's available to everyone.

Deluge - Bittorrent

Terminator - Terminal program. Allows as many vertical & horizontal splits as you want, which is handy if a program has terminal tied up, you can open another within the same window.

DVD Catalyst Free is a very easy application for converting dvds and video files to formats used on devices. You can do a conversion to the formats used on different devices just by selecting the device and clicking go.

Windows only but Handbrake is quite good too, if not as simple, and it works on Windows and Mac.
