lemme alone.

I used it years ago when it was pretty new and didn't enjoy the experience.

And now my excuse is that I need to know how to use the office suite for work, so I really have to know it inside and out. Open office is just different enough that it throws me off.

Imma have to have another go methinks...

PixelPipe allows you to upload images and add captions/tags to a wide variety of sites easily and from one place.

Minitube is a impressive plugin for winamp. It hunts down the music video for the song you're playing from youtube and plays it, syncing up the video with your audio.

A demonstration:

EDIT: looks like there's an iTunes version too if that's your thing

TED just updated, it now finds out when new episodes are out, grabs their names and holds checking for them until that date. Smarts.

To complement my Netflix sub on Vista I use CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD, of course only to complement my sub and not to create a vast library of every good movie I rented over the last 3-4 years. If you want to get the pirate edition of these apps, be careful because some of the cracks have trojans.

On OSX I'm digging Aperture.
