When I read this book, I have Keith and Chemda doing a narrative in my head and this makes it a hella lot funnier coz I can picture his facial features and inflections. I look like a jackass laughing on the bus and everywhere I am reading this book.

So yesterday I thought it would be a great idea to pick up a copy of the book to send to a friend of mine serving overseas. I checked online, and the Barnes and Noble here in DeKalb, Illinois said it was in stock, ALL of the Borders within about 50 miles of me said they had none. So I drive to Barnes and Noble, and look everywhere -- no book. I ask, and the clerk there says, "Well, we're all sold out." Excited for Keith and Chemda on what was apparently a good amount of sales in this small college town, I ask, "So you DID have copies, but you sold them all?" and they tell me, "nope, never had any, but we can order some for our store and call you to pick them up." So I say good, and give them my contact info. But then I decide to go to Borders anyway, and as soon as I walk in, BAM



So I pick one up, and then send it off overseas to my friend who is not a listener of the show, but who used to write witty relationship advice for our college newspaper, so I think she'll enjoy it and hopefully become a fan of the podcast.

Long story short -- I got the book for a friend, and got them to stock it in another bookstore.

I won't be returning the book (not that I ever intended to) as I lol'd before the end of the introduction. I know the first chapter was available to read on-line but I wanted to wait 'til I had it in my hands before I started it.

With all the women moaning about their husbands in work I should be able to help shift a few more copies.

My Barnes and Noble HAD 3 out on the relationship rack.
I told customer service they should be out in the center
tables with all the other new books not hidden away.
The lady made a bad attempt at Keith's last name while
I just looked at her and said Malley. Duh!

Barnes and Noble in Manassas, VA was sold out! Even though I was bummed because that means I have to wait a bit more, but the good news is that the manager ordered more.

He then asked, "I've heard of this. Isn't this a radio show or something? I think I had a friend who used to listen to it."

And then I exploded with happiness and talked for ten minutes about the genius that is KATG.

I saw this while taking a test on okcupid. I don't have a picture of me with the book simply because I haven't taken one yet. I did however buy one for me and one for Keith and Chemda through their Amazon wish list. By the way according to the test I "Beat 17/18 1stGradrs", I wanna meet this 18th first grader and whoop his ass so I can then "Beat 17/17 1stGradrs"
