I'm looking for a new ISP - I'm not sure if they're all like Rogers - it sucks that it's that, Bell, or some other sketchy company in my area, not alot of choice. I did like the polite letters saying they were implementing this in order to give their customers better levels of service (apparently by making them pay for stuff we were getting for free)........

Thankfully, my ISP doesn't shape, has no limits, is fine with bittorrent and has a 24m connection.

Their fair use policy is basically 'don't be an arms dealer/paedophile'. I do seem to live as far away from the exchange as possible though.

I just upped it to 95. When we got the notices I never even went over 60, so I thought I'd be good.

a) 95 should be plenty, and
