Guess I missed the big Fallout 3 discussion...but since I am perpetually bored with Left 4 Dead (where the fuck is the DLC already?), I've been pumping a tooon of time into Fallout. However, I should admit that about the past 20 hours of time I've put in have been with the assistance of the Prima guide I picked up earlier this week. I was getting really frustrated with having no guidance in that game, no real indicators of where I was supposed to be going or what sort of things to look for. I understand the excitement of discovering those kinds of things for yourself, but personally playing with the guide has made Fallout infinitely more enjoyable for me.
I've finally finished all of the main quests and side quests and have since been wandering the Wasteland exploring new locations and checking out some of the freeform quests littered around the map and trying to get the last few achievements. Now I'm getting ready to start over with a new character to try and get the Karma-related achievements and see just how evil a bastard I can be to the people of the wasteland.

They hate the PS3, and Microsoft makes things too much of a hassle for them to do much with the 360 version of anything post-launch. For example, they wanted to give all the free PC TF2 stuff to 360 users, but Microsoft insisted on charging for the content, and Microsoft's patch approval process takes forever, so Valve sort of doesn't care anymore.
