Uh, no shit? Who DOES NOT use a surge protector? When I bring a ~$500 piece of electronic equipment into my house, that beast is going straight into a surge protector.

End of the day, MS people are idjuts. They're trying to distract from the fact that they make assed out consoles.

I'd first make sure that's the case, because what happens if you plug it into the wall, there is a surge and your 360 boots it?

I never have plugged my PS3 into a surge protector, I'd heard the rumor about the xbox and just figured it safe to do i straight to the wall. Its wierd because when I got my cable box they told me the exact same thing. I figure better safe than sorry.

I'm game for L4D...though I usually only play early in the morning, between 6 and 9, or after 10 or so on my nights off which are Mondays and Wednesdays.

Speaking of L4D, I went over to a friend's last night to play a little split-screen co-op and the AI survivors in that game can be frustrating as hell, especially on the higher levels. We were playing through Death Toll on advanced and during the finale I could not get Louis or Zoey to stick with the group for fucking anything. They were off running by themselves while we were holed up in a corner and, inevitably, they'd get grabbed or pinned or just surrounded by infected and I'd be unable to save them in time. Just very annoying. But if we could get a party going of people who play with headsets...I think it might be my favorite game again.

ohgeeze. I was totally going to buy this last night, but instead I was persuaded into getting Lord of the Rings: Conquest. BTW I been playing a new game every Sunday night. It is Ice hockey in real life. As much as I love video games nothing can compare to real life face to face competition. I reccomend it, no RRofD and no extra lives or continues.

Final Fantasy Tactics on the PSP, found out that they did a full port of the ps1 to the psp, that was the only excuse i needed went and bought a new psp and got FFT and Luminus 2, loving every second of it.
