you can't compare 2007/2008 games to a 2004 game.
But if you really want to compare Bioshock and COD4 to Episode Two, sure. Compare the disappointing final boss of bioshock and it's flat ending to the spectacular final set piece of episode two and it's emotional climax. Compare the third playthrough of the ultra-scripted COD4 feeling like a shooting gallery with episode two's dynamic AI and variable strategies. I like all three games but each has it's failings. To each their own, I guess. Regarding Left 4 Dead, it's cute that people play FPSes on consoles ![]()

I thought the story in COD4 was pretty good, with the graphics and voice acting very well done. If you like action/war movies, you will love COD4. I liked that aspect so much more then the "COD5" World at War story. It wasn't so immersive, but online play and zombies are much better in WaW.
Orange Box/HL, I bet the story was better... but, I didn't play it till I was done with Call of Duty 4 and the graphics and dumb AI in Halflife bugged me too much to finish. I'm prolly in the minority here. ![]() |

I FINALLY got around to playing KotOR. It was great. I thought it was going to be shitty, like most games based off of movies. I've gotta hand it to these super nerds, they know their shit.
I can't wait to play the second one. |

I feel like Star Wars, certainly modern Star Wars, is better the less Lucas is involved. |
