I have about a week and a half left of class, then I can finally commit myself to something besides Call of Duty 4. I was thinking I might pick up Civilization Revolution. I just played the demo a few days ago and that game is a blast.
By the way, madeyeshawn, I sent a message to Playswitch support griping about the high prices on a lot of those games and I actually got a message back. Apparently within the next two weeks they've got an update coming to the site that will help tame some of the unreasonable prices, both from the buyers and the sellers.

I own CIV and been looking for an excuse to play it. We could play together whenever you land a copy. |

Just added that to my DS, I love Civ IV so I'm interested to see how it scales down to consoles in general and the DS specifically. |

I think Civ Rev is the best multiplayer iteration of Civ, but it's too bad the Xbox Live experience was trash when it came out, and is probably non-existent now. It wasn't so much the game's fault, just the shitty players who quit constantly.

dont feel bad if you need to google the answers to two certain puzzles. one, involves a cave wall... such a poorly made puzzle. dont waste your time, google it. the second, involves catacombs. I might have been able to solve it, had i known I could push buttons on the statues. for some reason the buttons were not hilighted when i got near them. |

To be fair I quit my first two Civ Rev games just because my internet connection was unstable (apparently me and my brother were trying to use the same IP for our Xboxes without each other's knowledge) and I kept getting disconnected.
But at the same time that's why I stopped playing Civ Rev online, if you know you have that problem you just don't play. Now I'm torn as to whether I want to defend people who quit or not...some have legit reasons but....... |
