Yeah, you have to run some software they give you and it sends them info on your current hardware. Its so they can randomly send beta invites to people with different levels of computing power.

I ALMOST bought that game again yesterday. That would've been my third time, I believe. I'm sad that I have no desire to upgrade my current pc/buy a new one so I can play Starcraft 2.

Edit: Here's a pic for those that haven't seen what it looks like so far.

That looks quite deliciously like original StarCraft. I am extremely sad that I will not have a computer to run SCII anytime soon.

I heard they deliberately designed it to be very scalable so it can run on as many machines as possible (it being a competitive game played as a national sport in Korea and all).

I know but my lap top is a piece of shit and my brother just got the new dawn of was a bit ago so I don't get a chance to use that, I probably wait until starcraft 2, I'm sure there will be some nice package with both games and expansion packs etc.

Assassin's Creed becomes exponentially better if you turn off the HUD and play it as if you're Batman. It only becomes formulaic if you see it as a set of icons you need to get to to do stuff. If you actually find those people yourself it's so much cooler.

I've been playing Dactyl on iPhone recently. Super fucking addictive, especially if you have a friend to compete with for high score. Mine's 732.

I just downloaded and installed the inFamous demo on PS3. Probably won't play it tonight though.
