While I'm at it, Men of War is $11.99/£10.79 on gamersgate.

RPS (a blog anyone who likes PC games should be reading) said:

Quote:
Like King’s Bounty or Sins of a Solar Empire, this is a game that’s pure PC - something only possible on this proud platform, but without being wilfully obtuse about it.
Quote:
This is vastly more satisfying, though – when you conquer a level, you know you’ve conquered so damned much, and genuinely triumphed against impossible odds. Again, it’s Hollywood war movie as war game, and yet retaining the traditional anonymity of strategy units rather than mawkishly heroising specific characters.

I'm gonna try out the demo and see.

It has been five years since they announced Twilight Princess. I wouldn't be surprised.

Although being the new Nintendo they'll probably announce a new piece of white plastic and claim they're catering to teh hardcorez and not do anything about it.

All I'm really interested in is the ODST stuff that Bungie will be talking about and possible Crackdown 2 info. People are thinking APB might show its face but I'm not too sure.

Assassins Creed 2

i liked the last one even with all its problems, like the super repetitive gameplay but i have very very very high hopes for this game, plus its supposed to come out this november which would be pretty fuckin awesome

i'm hoping that Nintendo announce, well, anything of substance. I'd settle for wiimakes.

I need more on APB, it seems ages since those videos. Any one know if those rumours about it becoming GTA online are accurate? Makes sense because that's essentially what it is.

APB is still very much its own thing. RTW do have a lot of people from DMA and Rockstar working there but it's not part of GTA at all.

I wouldn't be surprised if APB gets canned or something. It's been awhile since we've heard anything about it.
