The article just says part of the game mechanics is dead, I am going to stay hopeful because I am having so much fun.
The leaked footage itself looked pretty damn awesome, from what I got from the article the new developers have everything but the seamless transition from ground to air to space but that the new company will just use cut scenes instead. |

I've recently been sucked in to both Sims 3 and Plants vs Zombies. PvZ is a ton of fun, but I haven't played a PopCap game that I've disliked yet.
Sims 3 is good. A lot like Sims 1 with better graphics and more options. I guess a lot of Sims 2 fans didn't like it, but I dig it. |

easy peasy to make. i used a lcd monitor to simplify and reduce the cost. I made a killer Streetfighter theme for the frontend. building a bar top one right now and a lil mini one for the nephew. hes 2. if you want I can send you the frontend and emulator already set up. (shhh and some roms) |

Yeah, I am... I was a diehard (sucker?) who bought all the expansions for the first Sims game, and I'd expect no less from EA this time around. I also noticed that they've already rolled out an online store where you can purchase individual items. Comes with the territory, I guess.
