Nah. I ended up playing WoW until January, then played again around June. I am not too into MMO's at the moment. But I figured i'd give WAR some hours because of the trial/recruit a friend account.

I dont really have any desire to play Aion. Yourself?

I picked up RE5 on the cheap when a Blockbuster nearby was clearing out its stock, for something to play 'til next Tuesday. I'm glad I gave it a chance, even though it will still never be as good as RE4. It's pretty entertaining at moments and kind of reminded me of Gears of War with the big bulky-ass characters.

That's the most recent and depressing news:

I hate quoting myself but i wanted to add a thought. When i used to love adventure games (well i still do), Lucasarts were my idols.

When in recent times they destroyed all their non star wars related games, it was very sad. Then after years, Telltale came out, resurrected one of the most lovely but improbable franchises ever (Sam and Max) and gave new life tot he whole genre. And now Monkey Island, after being declared dead for years, is back.

I guess it's only a matter of time. But the main problem is that Tornquist himself seems uninterested in the project, and without him the Dreamfall world simply does not exist...

Finally got my Platinum Trophy for Uncharted 2, and now playing the co-op multiplayer as much as I can before this Tuesday, where Modern Warfare 2 comes out... and then Assassins Creed II and the God of War collection the following week... I wish these games were spaced out a little further apart

Grabbed Mass Effect in steam's half price sale. Been meaning to play it but never got around to it.

I took a look at that, got really excited at the Diablo feel then learned it was single player - wtf?

I didn't even realize it was coming out that morning but after work I went and picked up the special edition and played it till one in the morning. Money well spent.
I wasn't fussed about this game, read this review and now it's next after Mass Effect. Sounds amazing!

Oh, and I finally got around to finishing Batman: Arkham Asylum - great game and the first to get the feel of Batman right. Seemed to take the Bioshock inspiration a bit too far in making a dud boss at the end, though but I can forgive that.
