Those are *all* good games. I have the same problem though.
Darksiders is worth doing in one chunk (I poop-socked it because I borrowed it from work). Dead Space requires the tension you get from playing it all. Mario Galaxy games are snack friendly. Fallout 3 is a commitment. Rockstar games support jumping in and out well. |

I dont get "really" scared while playing a game but Dead space made me feel sweaty, uncomfortable and tense. And the jumpscares you get from the Necromorphs ("SKWRARRRRRRRRRRRRR") are priceless.
But yeah, if you leave it, you loose the will to play (and sometimes it gets annoyingly frustrating). It happened to me with Just Cause 2. I just got bored of it. Dragon Age, for example, needs involvement and when you have it, it's way more rewarding. |

No offense to you pc gamers but consoles have really created a powerful disconnect with my gaming habits. PC gaming Library: Dragon Age Torchlite Peggle Telltale collection (secret of monkey island, wallace and gromit, exct...) Rome Total war CIV4 Diablo 2 Starcraft Audiosurf Beyond good and evil (never played it on console) Knights of the old republic (never beat it on console) World of Goo Sims3 of this library of pc games I have probably only played about 10 hrs TOTAL!!! an easy solution would be start taking my lap top to work and game during my commute/lunch break. |

Finally found a cheap PS3 Guitar.
So I'm back in the guitar game mode and playing Rock Band, Beatles Rock Band, Aerosmith Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero World Tour. I used to really love the guitar-games, I played them a lot back when I had my PS2, but since I've had my PS3 and bought the two rock band games (because I found them incredibly cheap) I've only been able to play drums (cause PS2 drums work for PS3, but guitars don't)...I suck on drums, though it's still kinda fun, but I've wanted a guitar forever. Luckily Wednesday I found a craigslist ad, this lady was selling her two guitars, and the two guitar hero games for $30. (: |
