Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2. Tricky, but probably the best arcade shooter in the XBL collection.

I (foolishly?) bought GW 1 when the price was knocked down. I played it for about a day and became insanely frustrated. I respect a good hard game, but I also like making incremental progress (like N+ or Mega Man). I've thought about getting GW 2 because I've heard nothing but good things, but I'm still a bit jaded...

I've been playing Puzzle Quest lately. Fun and addicting as hell.

I got Army of Two from GameFly over the weekend and beat it in one sitting. I liked it a lot, but I also sent it out the next day because I couldn't see any replay value in it.

However, he swears to me that the second one is like a totally different game and will love it. So, I guess unless I hear differently, I'll be getting that one as well.
I love both of the Rainbow Six: Vegas games despite their glitchiness. I don't know if it the glitches that bothered you about RSV1 or if it was the gameplay.

I'll let you in on a little secret RSV1 and RSV2 are almost identical games. The gameplay mechanics are the same, the graphics are barely improved, and RSV2 is still a buggy game. There are some great minor changes and the XP system is greatly improved from RSV1. Online co-op campaign and terrorist hunt is ultimate fun (I can't remember if RSV1 had that or not).

Like I said, I love these games, but your classmate is lying to you.

Well what might make the difference for GeoW2 is the game modes.

The mode that pissed you off so so much is only one of 6. So you have 5 other modes to cool your frustration off with a mode that you will hopefully enjoy.

Ruessattack and I need new high scores to be chaising. So join the race and enjoy.

Just got Left 4 Dead after playing it at a friends house. I normally don't buy games until after they drop to $40, but some people I know needed a 4th player so what the hell I have a real job now!
