I have recently started drinking like a normal college student, and while I'm ashamed to say it I love smirnoff ice, I know its a bitch beer and gay and all that stuff but god damn it regular beer tastes like shit and they both get you drunk anyway so whats the difference.

I went to the ABC store (we don't have liqueur stores here in North Carolina, its government run) and wanted some heavy stuff so I got


Smirnoff Green Apple Vodka

I figured I like Smirnoff beer, I like Vodka, and I like green apple, so it would be a winning combination.

Since I am also unable to palate 'real' alcohol, I usually tend to stick with the rum and coke. Sweet and alcoholic, and not really girlie.

with the sheer amount of combos available between all the spirits and mixers there is bound to be a "manly" drink you will like.

captain and coke is really good.
anything with coke doesnt look "bitch"
just avoid neon colors and things most of the time you would buy a girl i.e. cranberry and vodka, any kind of fruit-tini, anything with fruit (besides lemon/lime) as a garnish

Flavored Malt Beverage is what smirnoff ice was called in the computer at my last waiter job.

I like the rum & coke suggestion, it was the first "hard" drink I went to when I started drinking. Actually it was rum & vanilla coke.

Sorry I didn't take into consideration that Smirnoff might sell a pussyfied version of Smirnoff Ice in the US
