I leave my keys at home and just hide them in the garage, usually. I don't have an armband for my iPod, I just use my bra for storage.

Waist-belt with water-bottle holder. If you get a good-fitting one it does not bounce. Also carry some water and a mobile phone. One marathon I was in ran out of water ... I was the happy one.

i'm constantly amazed at the things people need to ask advice for.

hey guys my shoes keep coming untied. i tried telling them to stay tied, but they don't listen. i guess i could use a double knot. what do you guys suggest?
