When I bought a mouth guard to help stop me snoring, I couldn't get used to it. I would salivate uncontrollably to the point where I could no longer breathe. #sexy
Having a CPAP (sleep apnea) machine isn't great, but it's significantly better than snoring so loud you wake the house and stopping breathing so long you put your heart at risk. I got a new mask recently that's much smaller than the old one - more like Bane than Darth Vader. I can understand Keith's reluctance - until I felt the benefits I was of the same opinion.
