The Bitter Buddha - another podcaster I listen to - Greg Fitzimmons talks about it a lot too. I found it beneficial in the very short term but for me, nothing in the self-help world is a lasting help. So ready for Chemda to become the next big name in New Age healing!
Tolle was also my intro to mantra music/kirtan, which helps me calm down occasionally. I expressed a hope that Chemda would record a chant album back when the Krishna music thing seemed to be in interest for her.
