In the Time of Covid-19 I'm taking advantage of having to be at home by trying to develop great new habits using OMAT. I put a checklist on my phone of the OMAT activities. I have yet to have a day where I accomplish all 8; that's my ultimate goal.
These activities really help with keeping sane while working from home and having to establish a "new normal". I feel less anxious than I otherwise might have because I have tools to use to keep me calm and grateful.
I'm so glad I started working on these before Covid hit but I'm having a lot of fun trying to do all of them every day!
