After about 5 pages into the thread, I was able to decide. Probably innocent.

For those playing catch up, here is a fairly good summary of accusations and news stories.

Fuck it, I got on my big girl panties so I voted NO. ok, that was a really bad pun but I still said no. I got an inkling of a doubt and that's more than enough for a jury to acquit in our great nation so there's my 2 cents.

I'm not even done with this ep and I found myself screaming obscenities at Keith & Chemda pretty much nonstop. i'm not surprised to hear Keith just spout off his opinions once again like they are fact, so I was equally surprised to hear Pat not drink the koolaid and justify his stance. Now I really need to listen to those NYCCR eps I got on my phone...so I'll say pretty good show thus far as usual ;)

Frustrating podcast but it was still very interesting to listen to. It seemed that neither side was really listening to the other. Each side was just waiting for the other to finish just so they could say their point.

Also what was the point of having that dude from the art of charm help Danny if all Danny was going to do was make snide comments? Does Danny really want help with dating or not?

THAT POLYGRAPH COULD NEVER BE ADMITTED IN COURT and that bastard knew it when he bought his own test. And if the state police DID administer a polygraph annnnd he passed, defense council could most definitely get the result in the discovery. If the prosecution tried to bury that result that would be misconduct.

Consistent does mean "the same" you asshole. What that line ment was she said the abuse happened at 4:00, or whatever, and three adults said that she and woody were alone together at that time.

Abuse cases are difficult to Prosecuite under the best of circumstances and due to the high profile of the case and the best defense money could buy, there was no way that case would see a courtroom. They only true thing Dixon said was you can't assume info in Vanity Fair is evidence.

Oh yeah, I have not liked one of woody Allen's movies
