I don't think Bonnie read the article by Chloe Dykstra. At least I hope she didn't have that information when she made the comment.

More Bonnie!

Love Bonnie! She's always a great guest.
I have to disagree with her characterization of the response to the Aziz Ansari issue, though. Everyone I read, including things written by feminists, had a much more nuanced take on it, and took into consideration the fact that this was an example of a bad sexual experience. They also used that as a launching point to start a conversation about how common that can be - that two people are not on the same page, that women are often socialized into not vocalizing their discomfort, that some men aren't picking up the woman's physical cues that she is uncomfortable with what's going on, etc. In my opinion, there was a really great conversation started after that story came out, about how we could apply that scenario to improving the way dating hookups go down. |

Although, they would follow this up with “we walked to school, up hill, both ways.” Great Depression era Americans. Always trying to one-up the Polish. Unbelievable. |
YOU DONT KNOW WHAT POOR ISSSSSSS!!!!!

Growing up we were on welfare and lived in a dilapidated trailer house in the sticks. We hunted small game and some deer for meat. This is starting to feel like a poor-off lol

i grew up in a trailer that had several leaks in the roof over my bed, so any time it rained we moved my bed and had to put down plastic and pots to catch it. BUT, we owned the land it was on, soooo, that kinda makes me Queen Trash around here. #crown
