Holly shit. Shane threw shade at all the people doing psychedelics once and having an epiphany. What a take.

Pharmaceutical companies could make money just fine with something not taken every day.
The problem is more, you need double blind studies with some endpoint. The person on the trip would know very soon if it was the real thing.
It could be lifting the depression but it's hard to measure because you can't take blood and see how much a person is depressed.
It's very subjective.

I have signal on my phone that's how cool I am.

I compared how Shane looks with and without a beard.
I am a who likes a beard in a lot of cases, I prefer Mr Apia with a beard. But Shane is in my opinion a person who looks way less good with a beard. I wonder if I have ever seen such an extreme case. Without the big beard he looks like the pretty love interest in a 90-ties rom com. But I’m glad he is happy!
I bring this up because he talked about it.

I agree, his clean-shaven/stubble pictures looked way better. Part of the problem is how both his hair and beard are far too long and unkempt looking.

Moving has made me realize I need to become intentional about calling and texting, bc I kinda suck at both. If I had to rank: in person > calling > texting. I don’t leave voicemails.

I love voicemails. I can hear your tone and still give myself time to answer. And relisten if I want to.
