Honest feelings about kids:
I always knew that I wanted children.
But, Chemda I also knew that I don’t want them 24/7 around me, or rather that I still want to work and have my own life.
Having children is one of the least complicated things in my life.
I have problems with ocd thoughts, too much ambition, and demanding too much of me. And sometimes not knowing what to do with my anger to be constructive.
I can get very angry. And sometimes it’s good!
Only for me, the kids are just fine as they are.
My programming isn’t that I’m not good enough, it’s “this is fine for the start and now do 100 times as much or 1000 times as much”
I’m in therapy and my she asked my about kids in the beginning. The kids are sweet and cool, sometimes annoying in a normal way, when they don’t want to clean their rooms or similar boring stuff.
The therapy lady always says, Apia, enjoy the uncomplicated parts of your life.
Everyone has problems somewhere else.

Feel Good is such a gorgeous show! I don’t know anyone else who has watched it and it hit my heart so hard. Thanks for bringing it up Chemda!

And here I was thinking that I would get Apia's shower techniques, after the episode! Good thing I didn't bet myself!

How DO you constructively deal with your anger?

That’s an interesting question.
Sometimes anger is good, and I even like confrontation.
I thinks lots of problems come from unresolved conflict and people who avoid it.

But sometimes it’s too much.
Going into nature and moving my body helps a lot.
Asking myself if it’s really an important issue.
Trying to see the big picture.
Doing something creative with my hands.

I thought the compilation shirt with all the Newsy art was going to be more like a graffiti wall.

I love it all! I have to decide which one I buy!

I'm so glad that fun new coffee mugs were available to buy from the gear. My OG katg mug from my buddy Wendy has started to wear out after more than 10 years. I think the ceramic glaze must be coming off because it attracts all the dirt if I put it in the dishwasher, even if everything else is clean, this comes out gross somehow.

Now I'll have a fun new mug AND t-shirt, yay!
