Chemda this ex roommate had the anger inside of him otherwise he wouldn't have destroyed your apparent. Maybe not so much that he was angry all the time. Don't excuse him he didn't just snap.

I say it as a person who has the ability to get very angry but doesn't act out. Worst case is I get loud. It isn't often.
Otherwise I learned to use the energy for productive purposes. Its an energy boost.
It can be done. Therapy helps. The person must want it. Its the person's responsibility.

And for bad people: don't test me. I could decide to let it loose.

NICE!

Morally bad:

Shoplifting as a teenager, cheating because I couldn’t end the relationship in an honest way so I made it so bad that I couldn’t go back, dating two guys at once and not in the poly way….


Violent:

Beating up bullies and I don’t regret it.
