Holy Shit, Newsy! I co-own a printing and sign company. You were speaking my language with the bleeds and A FILE HAS TO BE A CERTAIN WAY IN ORDER TO CUT. People look at you like you have 3 heads, cause they don't understand that they gave you a jpeg and you can't cut a jpeg. It is basically a picture of your file, but not a REAL file! I know the struggle.
