When they replace your filter they put on a special Jiffy Lube oil filter that can only be taken off with a special Jiffy Lube wrench. As a guy who changes his own oil, I got a Jiffy Lube oil change once and had to saw the filter off the next time I wanted clean, new oil.

Booooo is right. Hubby had the receipt and the dealership asked him to get a copy of everything they did to it last time it was in. The receipt only shows it got an air filter and full service. He went to Jiffy Lube and told him they couldn't print that out for him.
F'ing bastards.
Dealership is saying there wasn't a drop of oil in the thing and they can't find any leaks. Oil was change was done less than 3000 miles ago. Where the hell does that oil disappear to if there is no leak?

Must be f'ing magic I guess....
