Wow its really amazing how many of you read the same books that I love!

I read a lot (21+ books per year easily) - basically everything that comes in front of my eyes and seems interesting.

- Crichton, Robert Ludlum, Dan Brown, Henning Mankell for suspense
- Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, Jasper Fforde, Janet Evanovich when I need something funny
- Ann Rice, Laurell K. Hamilton, Diana Gabaldon, Jean M. Auel when I need something easy and cheesy; I love Marion Zimmer Bradley the Darkover books are great but I also really liked the Avalon series - BTW Thanks Rhian for mentioning the "Ravens of Avalon"

With all the fantasy books listed I am completely amazed that nobody mentioned the "Wheel of time" series by Robert Jordan yet - this is definitely one of my favourites. I can't wait till the last book is finished!
