Camden
I grew up 5 miles from Camden. Camden is bad (the worst) but I guarantee your brother doesn't know "a lot of classmates that got robbed, raped and stabbed". I went to Rutgers University, Camden. Unless your brother's classmates were Black and FROM Camden. I doubt he knows these people. The extremely vast majority of crime (especially violent) in these bad neighborhoods are Black on Black so if you're white you're allllright. Also, don't you think there's any relation between poverty and crime? 36% of the people in Camden live below the poverty line, New Orleans 28%, U.S. average 12%.
