The contract is AWESOME -- you have to post it somewhere so that I can steal pieces of it. I've never read (or even written - and I am kind of a bastard when writing contracts) something so one-sided.
The best part is it would be SO easy to create something that is much more mutually beneficial, but they just said "Nahh, let's screw 'em all!"
