Not in cash, but yes. Why do you think they've done fucking nothing since 2006, despite threatening to do what they were elected to do? The Republicans do stuff that would benefit Democrats (expanding executive power), and so the Democrats put on a show about being upset, but then do nothing and wait for their turn to abuse power.
